George A. Arce, Jr. is president and CEO of Centers Dynamic, Inc. He has more than 15 years experience in retail real estate providing brokerage, leasing, property management, and consulting services to retailers and retail property owners. In addition, George has been recently given the responsibility for acquisition and repositioning of retail properties for the firm.

From 1990 to 1997 Arce was an investment specialist with Arroyo & Coates, and most recently with Raphel-Roessler Retail Group. Over his career, Arce’s transaction volume has exceeded $400,000,000 worth of middle market, non-institutional quality retail properties. Additionally, throughout his career Arce has been personally responsible for the management and leasing of various large retail property portfolios.

Arce has been an active member of the International Council of Shopping Centers (ICSC), the Alliance of Chief Executives, is Past President of the Northern California Commercial Association of Realtors (NCCAR) and serves as President of The Alliance, a charitable non-profit organization. Arce graduated from Golden Gate University, San Francisco with a B.S. degree in Finance.

Antonette Arce is currently CFO of Centers Dynamic, Inc. A veteran of the retail restaurant industry, Antonette has served as principal owner and manager of Ma Mon Luk, Inc. (a local Asian restaurant chain) since 1989. In addition to her financial background, her experience includes restaurant merchandising and marketing.

Voted one of the Outstanding Young Women of America in 1997 by OYW, Antonette holds an A.B. degree in Mass Communications from Assumption College, Makati, Philippines.
