George A. Arce, Jr.

George A. Arce, Jr. is president and CEO of Centers Dynamic, Inc. He has more than 20 years experience in retail real estate providing brokerage, leasing, property management, and consulting services to retailers and retail property owners. Additionally, George is a principal of Urban Dynamic, LLC (www.urbandynamicllc.com), which specializes in development and repositioning of commercial, residential, multi-family and mixed-use projects in core infill markets.
George has been an active member of the International Council of Shopping Centers (www.icsc.org) and is a Past President of the Northern California Commercial Association of Realtors (www.nccar.org). George graduated from Golden Gate University, San Francisco with a B.S. degree in Finance.
Sandra Brown

Property Management
Sandra directs all day-to-day activities for the assets under management of Centers Dynamic Inc. Sandra has over 30 years of experience in varied areas of real estate management including property and asset management and facilities management. Her clients have included individual owners and developers. Sandra was previously affiliated with Ross Department Stores, where she was actively involved in CAM auditing and reconciliations. Before joining Ross Department Stores, Sandra was part of the management team responsible for 21 neighborhood shopping centers for FHK Companies, a regional retail property developer. Duties included negotiation of vendor contracts, lease negotiations and general administration.
Selva Theivendran
Associate
Portfolio Accountant
Selva directs all day-to-day bookkeeping and accounting activities for the assets under management of Centers Dynamic, Inc. Prior to joining Centers Dynamic, Inc., Selva ran the property accounting activities for Wentworth Property Management, Inc., a full service residential and commercial real estate property management firm. Selva has strong financial and technical skills, having worked for both foreign and domestic companies.
Selva started her carrier with an auditing company where she had a wide range of experience in accounting and auditing of various public and private entities and had worked in the banking sector for over a decade before moving to the United States from Nigeria.
Selva possesses a degree in Accounting and Finance from Sri Lanka and has completed various courses offered by the Association of Certified Accountants in London, UK.
Antonette Arce
Vice President
Marketing-Human Resources
Antonette directs all day-to-day human resources and marketing activities for Centers Dynamic, Inc. A veteran of the retail restaurant industry, Antonette understands the complexities of running and administering a company and seeing to its advertising and promotional needs. Additionally, since 1989, Antonette has been a principal owner and manager of Ma Mon Luk, Inc. (a local Asian restaurant chain). Voted one of the Outstanding Women in 1997 by OYWA (Outstanding Young Women of America), Antonette holds an A.B. degree in Mass Communications from Assumption College, Makati, Philippines.
May Wong Novak
Vice President
Business Development
May coordinates all business development for Centers Dynamic, Inc. as well as investment sales activity for Centers Dynamic Brokerage, Inc., an affiliate of Centers Dynamic, Inc. May started her career in 1987 within the insurance and financial services sectors. Simultaneously, she began passively investing in residential properties and soon managed her own real estate portfolio. Due to this experience, May has been able to consistently meet or exceed her client's expectations as a trusted advisor in the areas of commercial and residential real estate, financial planning, retirement planning, insurance and risk management.
In addition to the above, May coordinates all Asian Capital Markets activity and has been primarily responsible for developing the company's China strategy.
Prior to joining Centers Dynamic, Inc., May worked at Prudential California Realty in San Mateo, where she represented both buyers and sellers in residential and commercial investment sales. The recognition of May's leadership and integrity resulted in her appointment as a commissioner to the California State's Small Business Board.
May is a graduate of San Francisco State University with a degree in Business Administration and Computer Information Systems and is fluent in Chinese.
John W Treble

Investment Sales
John brings over ten years of Real Estate Industry experience to the Centers Dynamic Team. He previously worked as a Community Development Manager during which time he simultaneously managed various development projects running the gamut from obtaining entitlements and overseeing the construction of master improvement infrastructure to spearheading the sale of multimillion dollar residential communities. He has successfully negotiated the purchase and sale of over $65 million in land, overcoming many difficult and time sensitive issues. In addition to a B.S. degree in Political Science from Santa Clara University and experience serving in the United States Marine Corps, John has extensive real estate experience and a great work ethic. More recently John has shifted his focus to Commercial Real Estate Brokerage. Always working quickly and efficiently, John is committed to adding value to every transaction and generating the best possible outcome for his clients.
Joe Munoz
Associate Leasing
Investment Sales
Joe specializes in the purchase, sale, and leasing of shopping centers. Prior to joining Centers Dynamic, Joe served as the Director of Acquisitions of Plaza Investments, LLC where he gained extensive experience in the purchase, repositioning, and sales of regional malls. Through Plaza Investments, LLC Mr. Munoz also served as the firm's Leasing Agent and consummated numerous leases with national and regional retailers. A "Politico," Mr. Munoz has worked on local campaigns and remains immersed in the local political arena, serves as the Vice Chair and is a committee member of the "Public Policy Committee" of the the Hispanic Chamber of Commerce of Silicon Valley which closely monitors legislation affecting business owners.
A philanthropist at heart, Joe has worked and continues to work with "Children's Network International" and other non-profit groups to assist with the development of dialysis clinics in Latin American countries with projects completed in Lima, Peru, Managua, Nicaragua, and Morelia, Mexico.
Born and raised in San Jose, Joe acquired his BA in Political Science from San Jose State University. Mr. Munoz is an avid tennis player, has competed internationally and continues to teach and coach young aspiring players on a part-time basis.
